Basic Studio Headshot Session: (for individuals)
$100 + GST
Includes a 15 minute session and 1 high resolution, professionally retouched photo. 1 background option of either white, light grey, medium grey, dark grey, black, or a texture. Reduced rates for multiple individuals coming on the same day from the same company (see team headshots). Additional photos from the session are $30 each. Our mobile studio can be set up at your location for a $150 set up fee plus regular headshot rates.
Extended Studio Headshot Session:
$225 + GST
Includes a 30 minute session with 2 outfits and 5 high resolution, professionally retouched photos. Headshots, 3/4, and full length. Two backdrops included. Great for professionals who need multiple looks for marketing.
Deluxe Studio Headshot Session:
$350 + GST
Includes a 1 hour session with 4 outfits and 15 high resolution, professionally retouched photos. More time to tailor your outfits to multiple backdrops. If you need seasonal looks for marketing, this is the session for you. We can do a fall, winter, spring, and summer looks so you have photos to use throughout the year.
Individual Headshots for Teams:
2-4 people- $90 per person
5-9 people- $75 per person
10-30 people- $60 per person
31-100+ people- $50 per person
Includes 1 high resolution, retouched photo per person. Add $150 on-site set up fee for us to bring our mobile studio to you in Calgary and $75 on-site set up fee for Airdrie! (no set up fee for headshots at our Airdrie studio)
Your Business "In-Action":
$300/ hr of shooting time.
Includes 40 high resolution, edited images per hour of shooting. Licensing of images is unlimited usage, non-exclusive.
Show off your business location and your employees while we stage them "in action". Professional lighting and direction to create custom images that show off what your business does best! These are the images you want on your website and all marketing materials.
Environmental Business Headshots:
$225 + GST
Includes a 30 minute on-location session and 2 high resolution, professionally retouched photos and on-site lighting set up. Show off your business location in your headshot photo as the background will be your business's interior. Professional on-site studio lighting and direction.
Online Profile Sessions (For Social Media Sites and Dating Profiles):
$160 + GST Includes a 1/2 hour session and 3 retouched photos
$200 + GST Includes a 1/2 hour session and 5 retouched photos
$290 + GST Includes a 1 hour session and 7 retouched photos
$350 + GST Includes a 1 hour session and 10 retouched photos
These sessions can be outdoor or in studio in Airdrie. The portraits are specifically for social media profiles including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and any dating sites. It's great to have a business look and a casual look. The longer sessions accomodate more looks and backdrops.
Corporate Event Coverage:
$300 per hour + GST
Includes high resolution, edited images available for download. Photography for Calgary corporate events, company Christmas parties, grand openings, awards banquets, charity events, etc.
Product Photography:
$40 per product + $100 set up fee
"Catalogue style" layflat or upright product on white background in our Airdrie studio. Images touched up and supplied at 5616 pixels on the long side, at 300 dpi. Includes 2-3 images per product. All other product photography requests are by custom quote.
Photo Booth:
Set up fee- $300 plus $200/hr
Choose 1 of 4 backgrounds. Professional lighting. Fun props supplied. Cards will be handed out at the event with a download link for event guests to download their photos at home. Great for corporate Christmas parties.
GST is additional. Methods of payment: debit, credit card, cheque, and e-transfer.
Travel fee outside of Calgary/ Airdrie: $0.50/KM each way.
